Marina Fitzalan Howard
Marina Fitzalan Howard is a Solicitor in the Family Department.
Marina advises clients in relation to a wide range of family law matters arising during cohabitation, in contemplation of marriage and on divorce or dissolution. This includes financial remedy proceedings, children matters and pre- and post-nuptial agreements. Her cases often involve complex asset structures and have an international element.
Marina read History of Art at Edinburgh University and went on to complete her GDL and LPC at BPP Law School.
Marina completed her training contract with Payne Hicks Beach and qualified as a solicitor in August 2022.
