Navka has extensive experience in dealing with corporate immigration matters, including Skilled Worker and Expansion Worker sponsor licence applications, Innovator endorsement and visa applications, and Global Talent applications. Navka also has experience with complex matters pertaining to Sole Representative of Overseas Businesses, Tier 1 Entrepreneur, and Tier 1 Investor extension applications.
Prior to joining Payne Hicks Beach, Navka worked at a leading immigration law firm where she advised private clients, including HNW and UHNW individuals, on a range of immigration matters.
