  • Acting for the successful claimants in a reverse summary judgment / strike out application in professional negligence proceedings concerning the administration of a trust (Lonsdale v Wedlake Bell LLP [2024] EWHC 712 (KB)).
  • Advising estate administrators in complex enforcement proceedings, including successfully defending applications to the Court of Appeal and appearing as a solicitor advocate in the High Court.

Rosie qualified as a solicitor at Baker McKenzie in 2020. She joined Payne Hicks Beach in August 2022 and qualified as a solicitor advocate in 2025.
