Sean has extensive experience acting in contentious trusts and estates matters and has advised in relation to a wide range of such disputes, including the validity of Wills, in the context of testamentary capacity and undue influence, removal of executors and trustees, constructive and resulting trusts and the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants Act) 1975. Sean also has experience of charity and commercial disputes.
