Victor is an SQE Trainee in the Dispute Resolution department.
Prior to joining Payne Hicks Beach in 2023, Victor qualified as a barrister in Hong Kong in 2018 and practised for 5 years at Temple Chambers. He has a broad practice in commercial and Chancery litigation, with an emphasis on company, insolvency, shareholders’ disputes, civil fraud, injunctive relief, estates disputes, and cases with contractual and trust elements.
Victor read Politics and Law at the University of Hong Kong before obtaining an LLM from the University of Cambridge (all First Class). He had also tutored at the University of Hong Kong for equity and trusts and been a Judicial Assistant to the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal.
Victor is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
