Qualifications & Accreditations

Victor read Politics and Law at the University of Hong Kong and obtained an LLM from the University of Cambridge (all First Class). He qualified as a Hong Kong barrister in 2018 and practised from the leading Hong Kong commercial set Temple Chambers, before he joined Payne Hicks Beach in 2023 and qualified as an English solicitor in 2024. He is recognised as a key practitioner in Legal 500 UK 2025.
