Overview
Will is an associate in the Dispute Resolution department. His practice includes advising in respect of reputation management, media and privacy issues, criminal law, and commercial litigation. Will acts for both high-profile individuals and companies in a range of (often sensitive) contentious matters, which frequently require a multi-disciplinary approach.
Expertise
Will works on responding to urgent pre-publication issues and also advises on ongoing disputes concerning defamatory content, the misuse of private information, and data protection issues.
Will also represents clients subject to police and regulatory investigations, or who are defending criminal proceedings (including where those investigations or proceedings are the subject of media attention and /or involve reputational risks). He has experience of advising in respect of both civil and criminal remedies in response to harassment and other unwanted conduct.
Will’s commercial litigation experience includes advising on complex breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty disputes and applications for injunctive relief, in cases with cross-border elements.
Qualifications & Accreditations
Will read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Keble College Oxford, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. He joined the firm as a trainee in 2024 and qualified as a solicitor in 2026.
