Jamie is an Associate in the Corporate Department, advising entrepreneurs, private companies, family offices and investors on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganisations, secured lending and shareholder arrangements.
Jamie supports clients on domestic and cross-border transactions and works closely with Private Client colleagues on matters involving family-owned businesses and family offices.

Qualifications & Accreditations
Jamie studied Law at the University of Exeter before completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) together with an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. He qualified as a solicitor in 2022 at a leading charity law firm before joining Payne Hicks Beach in 2023.
