London, 29 October 2025 – Payne Hicks Beach has announced the appointment of Craig Parrett as a Partner within its Insolvency and Restructuring team. Craig brings more than 16 years’ specialist experience advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. His practice spans both corporate and personal insolvency, acting for office holders, creditors, directors, bankrupts and a wide range of other stakeholders.
A highly experienced advocate, Craig regularly appears before District Judges and Insolvency and Companies Court Judges. He is also a published author, contributing to ‘Tolley’s Insolvency’, where he has undertaken a comprehensive update of the chapter on debtors’ bankruptcy applications.
