Change in the regulated status of Payne Hicks Beach LLP

We are pleased to announce that on the 1st December 2025, Payne Hicks Beach LLP transitioned from a recognised body to a licensed body regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (an “Alternative Business Structure”). Alternative Business Structures have become increasingly common in the legal sector, allowing non-solicitors to become Members of LLPs. This change of status has been made to reflect changes in the composition of our business. The change does not alter our relationship with our clients or the services which we provide.
